Anniversary special

Baked this Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free, Non-Dairy chocolate cake for our 4th wedding anniversary!

Found this Pamela’s cake mix at Whole Foods while looking for dairy-free options.

I wanted it to be dairy-free for my 2 year old son who is allergic to dairy products. He loved the cake but I was the one who ate most of it 😀   It was so moist and had a great texture! We didn’t feel like it was a compromise with the regular chocolate cake at all!
